I was very excited when I saw those patents for the avalir and then seeing all the cool rumours about it and how it was going to be different but of course it’s Kirby and there was a part of me that thought there’s no way Kirby would do that and then I saw pictures of it and I was disappointed...

I think these are pretty cool I wonder if Kirby actually makes them

I do like it even my parents who aren’t really Kirby fans were impressed with the results but a bit of a hassle getting it all set up onto the Kirby but we don’t use it now because we have a carpet cleaner which is way much easier to use and set up

Hi Amtrak I think it’s because of the small opening it can cause the Kirby to overheat and iv also heard that after a minute you have to turn it off to let it cool down and if not used correctly it can cause damage to the fan

I find the inflator deflator tool weird because why would you design a tool that could damage your machine if not used correctly

Now that shark has entered the carpet cleaner segment I would love to see dyson go into battle with them Kirby have launched the avalir platinum so nothing new from them I’m always excited when companies launch new products and technology so just going to have to see what happens.

I know it’s not an actual vaccum but what about the kirby inflator deflator tool I mean what were they thinking of making a tool that could actually damage it if not used properly

What I want to know is when will they update their website about this boring looking new model

I like the Dyson wash G1 but how is it more useful than a Kirby

Hi dysonman1 yeah I agree I think someone must of been having a bad day or totally drunk when they thought that was a good idea I think the bag is my favourite bit about the new model I just find the rest of it boring

Still not a fan it just looks to plain and boring nothing exciting about it

It just seems like Kirby is only bothered about the colour not the actual machine it’s self yes the avalir had a new handle and shampooer but that’s what have improved over the last 10 years absolutely nothing
