I have on old dirt devil hand vac with a bad front bearing. I can get a replacement but I don’t know how to remove and replace it. I have no bearing pullers or specialty tools. Would love some advice. Thanks -Jack

I was at savers today, didn't find much. but I did see this old Redivac hand vacuum. it was only $10 so I decided to buy it. The motor doesn't sound perfect, But it works. Im on my laptop so I can't take pictures. but I found a pic of one similar.

Hello! I have 2 royal princes. Both of which have worn out bearings. I’d like to have at least one that still works well. But I don’t know how to install new bearings on these. I don’t know what to do. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. -Jack

Hi! I’ve been working on this Hoover elite and I can’t figure out how to rebuild the motor. I managed to get the fan off but I can’t find a point of entry. Any advice? Also, I believe these motors use sleeve bearings. What should I oil them with? Would 3 in 1 oil work? Thanks -Jack

Just curious if anyone has a favorite, I have a few of them for simple pick ups on my hard wood floors, but my favorite one is my black and decker off Amazon. It works super well, it’s light, and it’s simple to service. I’m not a big fan of cordless stick vacs but I do like this one. -Jack
