    Is this normal?

    Had to remove the fan on my Eureka Bravo II in order to replace the bearing/scroll assembly behind it, and while it spins perfectly with the fan off, anytime I out the fan on and tighten it, while it isn't real hard to turn, there is a noticable resistance and it should definitely spin easier...
