I got this vacuum for $65.00. I had bearing noise but still was strong. I replaced the motor, and today I got the HEPA filter. I just love it. I swap brush rolls with NOS Electrolux brush roll. For me I think grooms better than current genuine brush roll. It's little stiffer.

Anyone tried generic HEPA bag on Kirby? It pulls little more airflow.

Here's by new Vacuum. I traded for Electrolux 1205 for Electrolux Epic Series SR3500.He wanted for 200.00 just for Epic but he give my 1205 $100.00 so I paid Epic $100.00 plus tax. I love it. It works very well on Shag rugs!
