I just got a used Eureka bagless SA3011 vacuum. The sign said it needed a new belt. I bought a new belt. The new belt is exactly the same size (W) as the one on the vac and the one on the vac is not broken or stretched. I tried both the old and new ones and they are the same. It seems loose...
