i have a bit of a problem. i got a wireless vacuette and the motor/gearbox was seized. i took the cover off the back of the gear box. caked like melted wax look like it hadn't seen a good checkup in decades. i picked most of the old junk out and got the wheels to turn backwards but not forwards...

I have here an America model z. does the Z mean anything special or is it just the model? I thought most vacuums had a number. it also has no dates or patent numbers. just says patented
