Should I purchase? It does come with its attachments and its only $40.

Me & my grandpa were talking about the days .. And I brought up how he used the vacuum everyday.. He then told me the vacuum was in his basement in a pile of dirt because he no longer needed it ... Guess what I brought home? His Super J! I saved it just in time!

What is it and maybe which vacuum it was used with? There is no names or model numbers on the hose.

My new Kirby Heritage II found it on the side of the road! Gotta love garbage day ;)

The brushes have stopped working, what usually causes this? I was using it on my hardwood prior to sweeping, I turn it off and turn it back on and they're dead. Yes I just got this vacuum, haha!

When they say floor polisher, does this mean you can polish hardwood with it? If so how exactly does this work, and any tips?

Dirt Devil Brum, I purchased one of these a few years ago, its neat and works OK for what it is. Does anyone here own one? It seems like they fizzled out fairly quickly, the battery seems to not hold up much anymore, not sure if there is a way to replace it?

Has anyone ever imported a Russell Hobbs vacuum? I've wondered about the quality of them, they claim to produce some of the best household electrics.

My latest find, I inherited this set of Electrolux from my great grandpa. They both were sitting in an old building, the vacuum works great. I'm sure they'll clean up nice!
