i'm not sure how many of you have access to vendor magazines or sites, but some of you may have seen these in vacuum stores. It is called a "Commercial 2 motor upright" and comes in the color red. It's a knockoff of the Electrolux commercial upright. Anyone have any experience with these?

We got three of the DC18 models in this week for repair. After calling one of my vacuum buddies, he said there is some special tool to get them apart. Does anyone else know about these? We ended up servicing the nozzle and using a snake to clean the clog out of the elbow- on all 3 machines.
