    Non genuine vacuum bags

for Miele. Several years ago I inquired about the utility and quality of bojack dust bags. The opinion then was unanimous; do NOT to use them as they may not fit, burst or leak. Well, due to an on-going renovation, the Miele G/N bag is a bit pricy for the limited amount of use they provide...

    Kenmore Progressive Glide "all floors"

lightweight upright. Local Orlando Sears outlet store had a stack of these new in box cleaners 50% off. So for $75 I thought what the heck. The Progressive works nicely and is very easy to manouver with the swivel neck. Very pleased.

    Hoover Quick Broom

S2007. At a Venice Florida thrift, there is a very nice vintage teal blue Quick Broom. The bag is packed with someones household dirt. Otherwise, the machine is in great condition for its age. I'm guessing 1960's. Seems like a thoughtfully designed lightweight cleaner. Should have snapped a...

    Oreck

full size commericial upright. While at Sams Club, I viewed this nice looking cleaner. Seems like a Eureka/Sanitaire. What is the story behind this one? L.P. http://www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/product.jsp?productId=prod1113303

    Miele aftermarket

dusting brush. Always thought the original equipment brush with the Red Velvet was a little 'chintzy'. Found this at a nearby vacuum store. And it is excellent for the price! Later I found it is available from Ebay. L.P...

    Picture of the Day

Just a quick favorable comment here on the very creative, fun, rhyming-poetic Air Way ad. I think it is very cool. Do you suppose this type of thing taught in classrooms today? I'm just drawing a parallel to another discussion here; detailing the use of truncated text & jargon commonly seen...

    Marvelous

Miele Universal upright S143. The low sound level is deceiving as the suction is very powerful. Makes quick work of dusting bare floors.

    Fun

Miele find. Works great and is amazingly powerful & quiet on low speed. No detectable motor sound; only the soft swoosh of suction.

    Eureka Precision Upright

Experts, what are your thoughts on this cleaner? I'll be picking it up later next week. It seems to be about a 1990 model in really good shape. Similar to one that Fred posted about this evening. It has power drive, chrome agitator, cordreel and an slide control variable speed feature. Says its...

    Non Genuine dust bags....opinions ??

O.K. experts, looking for insight regarding bojack Miele vacuum bags. My mom was lamenting the cost of a box of FJM bags. We've always used the original Intensive Clean Plus and continue to do so. I'm thinking the original is best. However, out of curiosity, how do the DVC or Enviroclean bags...
