Ok... 1) Dyson V16 is clearly a legendary vacuum held down and crippled by Dyson's suits' newfound stupidity. (The new head isn't to blame, unlike TechRadar's review thinks, but rather it's how the motor works only half in Boost and under 80% power in Auto/Med) 2) I like Dyson machines because...

    Pick your poison: Main equivalency!

We have a bunch of advanced vacuums that has at least one significant flaws that hold them back relative to current perfection, or maybe just greatness at the moment. The choices are in this poll itself. (Excuse me for the censoring in the options though...)

@Vacuum Facts doesn't want us to jump to conclusions. Why don't we ask him like I have been occasionally doing? It's not like he'll willing to reveal anything but mythbusting until all major reviewers released their respective (and definitely deemed by him as cookie-cutters not worth it)...

    Dyson Piston

Dang it, I can't edit any post over 24-hour old... Again, TechRadar messed up their review and testing. They couldn't identify why the V16 was crippled, and out of that they only got the front wall right. But the new head is fine - as @Vacuum Facts noted, the 900W motor consuming only 450W in...

    Better than a carpet washer!

Is there any brand of sponges other than Dyson Zorb?

Why are you accusing me of saying other's thoughts. I was simply having a discussion.

Everyone, can we agree that cordless V16, crippled out of the box at launch, should be the symbol of Dyson's deteriorating suits?

I think @Vacuum Facts thinks that true cyclonic system works FAR BETTER. Also, can we agree that cordless V16, crippled out of the box at launch, should be the symbol of Dyson's deteriorating suits?

    Dyson engineering ineptitude and complacency

Uh oh... At least the Kinetic science technology worked, as @Vacuum Facts proved.

A YouTube channel named Vacuum Facts doesn’t know how bagged vacuums works.

What would @Vacuum Facts think of that Panasonic bagless? It's clearly corded and non-cyclone in bad way, so I can't imagine it work as well as any cordless since mid-2010s (as in, at least the V8, let alone V10!).

Anyone else think the pre "ball" Dysons had better Bin/Cyclone designs?

The (sloppy launch of) V16 actually does have the best bin design ever, followed closely by PencilVac's. This is because it's like a filter as it is in PencilVac, only without integrated filter in it, and it can be scraped using the dust compression technology. It's also patented more recently...

    Dyson engineering ineptitude and complacency

So basically, Cinetic is a failure not because the eponymous science technology didn't work, but in large part because the models has no fall back? If true, then I knew it! @Vacuum Facts concluded that the cordless' variable speeds not being fast enough at low power - due to necessarily...

    Dyson engineering ineptitude and complacency

Vacuum Facts has physics to back up his claims. He also made a homemade version of THE laboratory test that measures actual deep cleaning performance, using normal backed carpets and not shaggy rugs, and no extreme big mess whatsoever. You are not supposed to overfill the bin at all. Cinetic...

    Dyson Piston

I don't entirely agree with what @Vacuum Facts now thinks of the typical soft roller. The soft roller isn't redundant - it's designed for the largest piles of large debris. @Hatsuwr instead of porting the existing soft roller, Dyson have to return to the dual head strat they previously did...

In that case, that's because said areas are too narrow. Use the crevice or combi.

So why are people calling the angled front a big issue? Just run parallel and rely on edge cleaning. Geez, most reviewers aren't that smart.

How do we test like how you understand though? I know the deep cleaning methods, but I don't know much about crevice cleaning.

    Dyson engineering ineptitude and complacency

Vacuum Facts debunked THAT. Even the uprights could be working as designed.
