Nah, plenty of ranges in the mid to late 2000s had a warming drawer, not “several decades” ago. Did you read my first post?

Do your ranges have an actual warning drawer though, in that it has a heating element and it’s own temp control for warming stuff? If not, then that’s all it is, a storage drawer.

One that comes to mind is a Hoover Self Propelled Windtunnel in a very rare red metallic color. I’ve only ever seen one in person, at a thrift store last summer. And one photo posted here in another thread. It seems the color was called Garnet Metal.
