Hoover Whisper Cyclonic I saw it @ Wal-Mart tonight. I believe it said that it's up to 20% quiter than other bagless vacuums. The price was $119. I looks very similar in how it works to the Mach 3. I will be back to Wal-Mart soon and I'll take a picture. Clayton

John I think you're right when your point is that it comes down to the filtration and quality of the bags. I use the the Ecopure(?) in my grandma's Riccar N2000 and there is always some dust that escapes but not to bad(ok maybe not the best compared to my Kirby). Clayton

I got the purple one a few years back for Christmas. It's ok for normal floors but I'm really hanging on to it until we get tile floors(I hope soon). I love stripping the floors with it though. Good machine! Clayton

Brent ya this is happening to my hoover turbine tool. my grandma bought some shark stick vac that came with one and the same thing happened and the head completly stopped. i never had time to figure it out. i figure the darn heads are cheap enough to buy new ones. good luck! Clayton

Andrew My grandma has a Riccar N2000 and whenever I change the belt it slips off but when my uncle changes it, its fine. I never figured this out. Tell me if you find the solution out. Also, you could contact Riccar direct, they are very pleasent to deal with. Good luck! Clayton
