    When starry-eyed collectors ooooh and ahhhh over an old vacuum cleaner, this is what usually happens. Sellers start seeing dollar signs flashing like crazy.

Stan Kann the Gadget Man I met Stan when he was living in Hollywood. I got to know him through a mutual friend who came over to my place one day and declared, "I don't believe it! Another nut with a house-full of old vacuum cleaners!" Wait, what--? ANOTHER friend with old vacuum cleaners...

It's not uncommon to find vintage Kirby attachments in excellent condition. If you do find the machine as well, it usually shows signs of a very hard life. Connecting the hose can be tricky if for people if they don't use it frequently. Then getting the rug nozzle back on can be even trickier...
