    Weird Ugly plastic vacs...

I had one those GE vacs I had one of those traded in at the store. After cleaning it and servicing it up really well i played with it for a bit and it was horrible. It isn't a full size vacuum more like an electric broom. The suction/ airpower was pathetic no matter what I did to it and it...

Electrolux motor fan mystery, Part 1

A and/or D Fan A and Fan D are the same, those are the first stage fans that fit most of the metal body tanks. Fan C should be the second stage fan for the same machines. Fan B however looks to be an Ametek fan possibly for a hoover motor? or a replacement Electrolux motor. Seth

    HELP!!!!!

poor design Ok, first off you have a 1205 not a 1505. The terminal block in the rear was a poorly thought out design that was only used on 1205 and the Golden Jubilee. Electrolux used to make a retro kit for these models that consisted of wire leads going from the terminal block to cord winder...

Help! Shopping for New Vacuum and Overwhelmed

go for the Miele In my experience I feel the Miele vacuums are far better deep cleaners than the Sebo models, especially for the Uprights. Miele seems to have a might higher airflow than the sebo. IF your wanting ease of use for attachments a canister model might be best. The mid line Miele...

    Power Nozzle Filter Queen Majestic

Carpet is the problem Ok Here is the deal. The central vac would have kept the carpets reasonable clean had the original power brush been repaired rather than abandoned. One trick I have learned very well is that carpet is never really 100% clean. This is why door to door salesman are able to...

    New Bench Vac

pic two of two Here is the vacuum unit itself. Located in the utility closet which is dead center in my store. Actually on the other side of the wall where the vacuum hangs is my work bench. Very convenient if you ask me. Also made installing it a breeze.

    New Bench Vac

Pic one of two Here is the work bench end of the system. I went with the standard wire reinforced hose for flexibility and because I find the stretch hoses to be be very frustrating when using the crevice tool.

Bed and Breakfast needs a vacuum!

ProTeam ProTeam is the same as the Prolux upright and they have one model with OBT. You can also find the same unit under the Perfect label. Both are great units and on board attachments is much easier than a separate attachment pack.

Bed and Breakfast needs a vacuum!

Royal or Old Electrolux The Royal S20 would be a great machine for the job however I tend to recommend rebuilt Electrolux tanks suck as the Silverado or Diamond Jubilee for heavy use. The durability would be a bit better with the Electrolux and as a tried and true design we all know those vacs...

    SWIVELTOP!

Generic hose blank It's not a Kirby hose it is an old generic hose blank sold through vacuum supply companies back when everyone still used woven style hoses. I have seen these many times and actually know a guy who still has a few in stock.

    Samsung canister vac

wessel werk It is actually a wessel werk ebk280. The Oreck DutchTech 1100 and 1300 used it before they upgraded to the EBK340. I have also seen these nozzles used on central vacuum tool kits and a generic looking rainbow copy, I think it was called an ocean blue.
