Yes. It is better having all 4 Wheels Lift, but even still, the Suction is so STRONG, you still get a GOOD Workout using this Vacuum, lol, but it really Works WELL though, a GREAT Groomer and DEEP Cleaner for sure!! :-D

One more- Belt and replacement End-Caps for the Brush-Roll Installed!! This has METAL Fans also... ;-)

Brush-Roll- I might have the Original Brush-Roll to my 29 somewhere around here, mine is SPLIT, thus why I had to Replace it, but the Brushes were Good on it and so were the End-Caps.
