    Vintage machines as daily drivers

    I almost exclusively collect vintage metal uprights. I use them all, they are so powerful and quiet. I simply do not have the room to collect machines I don't use. I also like that older vacuums are made to be repaired and not thrown away.

    Vintage Hoover

    it may also be the switch. I have a eureka from 1933 with original cord, it looks horrible, but works fine. In my experience usually you would see some sparking or something from the cord.

    When I sold Kirbys they were going for $1800, but now I hear they go for $3200!! Thats just insane!

    it is my opinion that this whole fiasco should have never happened. I believe if you can't understand what someone is saying, move on. it is that persons loss without your contribution to the conversation. None of us are perfect.
