Brandon, try O'dowd's vacuum in south omaha, or his other location on northwest radial, if they are still in business. That guy had "tons" of old, vintage, and ancient vacuum parts.

Ben, thats the model Id like to get ahold of, if I can't find a replacement bag for my old 501.

Does anybody know where a new outer bag can be bought for a 501 handvac? My old one has been sewn, patched, and repaired so many times, there is hardly any fabric left to repair. My kids love to vacuum the stairs with it. Id even buy a whole unit if it had a good bag. I would really like to find...

Lux CB I got this expecting to do GREAT things with it. Three years later, its still sitting in the same place in the basement I put it when I brought it home. LOL

fairfax on ebay there is a nice fairfax on ebay in the vintage vacuum section. Starting at 49.00. They are neat looking, but, as a working vac, there are alot BETTER choices. Just my opinion.
