    HOLY HELL!

What can't out clean a dc65? I know that there is lots, but this has just trashed James' comments as it no longer has 2x the suction (Waterlift test) and can out clean his machine... boo hoo poor James, what will he ever do? Here in Aus the shark rates better on choice (consumer mag), beat...

Kirby World confrence is Oct 24-26, 2014

read the last line "and celebrating a new model with expanded capabilities" So there will be a new model! I think the most interesting part though is where they say: Now is the time to break old habits that may be holding us back and to reconnect with these tried and true practices. Bagless...

Another new Shark Vacuum hit the shelves

kirbylux77 That's exactly what it does, and why it's so exciting... it is an upright, a lift away and a real power brush canister. I'm pumped for it to be on an infomercial.

Another new Shark Vacuum hit the shelves

it's been on their website for 2 months.... But I'm yet to see any videos, infomercials or the like. It's a brilliant concept... I vacuum that is either a real upright or a real canister, I know if TV Shop decide to bring it here it will help them further wipe the floor with Dyson. They have...

    New Shark Rotator lift-away lite

There is also a new Lift Away unit... This unit has a powered hose, and can be used like a canister with a power head! Controls on the handle, a better designed caddy and a thing called the hard floor genie too...

Miele Re-introduce the power head to the UK!

I'll be pissed... If this doesn't come to Australia, they've lost a lot of customers to the Sauber Intelligence because there is no Miele with a powerhead here anymore. Surely being the same voltage and their Capricorn, revolution and total systems being so popular in the past, they'd be loopy...

    filters vs no filters clean

Depends on LOTS of factors... People with Allergies should really have a unit with at least a HEPA 12 filter, but there is no point unless the system is sealed. The other thing is that the filter will remove carbon dust from the motor - there is debate as to whether or not this is a carcinogen...

    dyson zorbes?

It's called Zorb It's a dry cleaning powder like Sebo's Duo-P that works on encapsulation technology. I don't rate them too much - the Sonic Duo or my Hoover shampooer does a better job.

    shark consumers

What are we drawn to? * Better cleaning than Dyson * Longer warranty (here in Australia) * Better value for money * Easy to Use I wouldn't say they are the best vacuum, but for the money (Around $500 here in Aus) you'd be hard pressed to find something that cleans better. We have few...

    Bissell C4 Cyclonic Canister Vacuum

and.... Back to the vacuum lol. My only concern is the extra break in the powerbrush connection, hose, handle, wand.... I'm always wary of extra contact points for electricity. Can you take a pic of the inside of the hose end the.part that connects to the hand piece.... curious how they've...

    Shark

you only pay shipping.... If you choose not to buy direct from shark. Here in Australia it's covered either way, but it is pretty clear when he says "and if you buy direct from shark I'll give you my VIP service guarantee which means we'll take care of everything " pretty sure he doesn't day...

What happened to the Platinum Collection??

Hi All, I have a 110v Multicyclonic Upright and the 240v Multicyclonic Canister and the Linx as well. I was wondering why both of these are no longer sold, but the bagged canister and linx still are? Was there issues with them?

What Would You Be Willing To Pay if You Weren't a Collector?

I'm not really a collector anymore... Except I have some 110v Hoovers and an Amway! I forked out $1500 for a Sauber (Lux Intelligence) and $500 for a Shark Rocket and $500 for a Rotator... in retrospect, I would rather have just bought the 2 sharks.
