Way over-priced ...in my opinion and way over-engineered! More clumsy than a Kirby and just as heavy if not heavier. Miele has a big ass when it comes time for the price of their parts. Overall, I am not impressed with my S7210. Glad I never purchased it new!

Regarding the metal black screw... I thought the same! Seems like they were trying to cut corners somewhere. OR, it could have been a supply/manufacturing issue that needed another alternative.
