OMG! I have been looking for a pic of a machine similar to this only it had a chrome handle, headlight, plain white bag, and a wood like sticker around the dial-a-nap. Does anyone have info about the machine I have described? It was my great grandmother's machine up until about 1989.

Childhood machine This is the machine I grew up with 1982 - 1997. DAM was still working when we banished it to the garage and while away at college, parents trashed it.

No mini-van Oh! I am not a soccer mom, so a minivan is not an option, haha.

Car Vacs I really wish more car manufacturers would consider making this an option for apartment dwelling city folk. Many times I want to vacuum the interior of my car without having to find a car wash vac.

Ttuee2006 I chat with him once in a while. He's doing well. We both kind of got out of collecting. In my case, it's just not practical for apartment living.

Kirby G3 and Sanitaire The G3 is at my parents' house. I sold the Sanitaire already.

Sooooo excited! It has been forever since I have had a tech drive Kirby! I have decided to sell all of my other machines on ebay. I just don't have the closet space.
