Some of the recommendation of Harwood floor Vacuum

To be honest there is no actual need for a vacuum cleaner in places like Bangladesh. Even luxury homes have more open spaces for less dust to collect and swept out doors.

Has Anybody Used The New Kirby Charcoal Bags?

So what happens if say the paper bag rips in a Kirby? Surely these synthetic ones minimise rips as well as have added charcoal.

Any Enthusiasts care that a Paradigm Shift in the Cleaning Industry has Begun?

Spare a thought for your car as well. Not many hand helds have enough power to do the mats, lining, seats and under the seats.

Some of the recommendation of Harwood floor Vacuum

India/Asia doesn't get that many vacuums - cue the thread I did on our family Eureka-Forbes vacuum cleaner. I know Panasonic sell in some regions but not all. There should be a soft delicate brush attachment available - but whether this is available as a single part in Dhaka, I don't know...

    Oreck XL Classic Limited Edtiton

With any luck TTI may extend the design and put sound insulation in. God knows the machines need them.

Any Enthusiasts care that a Paradigm Shift in the Cleaning Industry has Begun?

Perhaps the Dyson might be different. Typical "extensive internet research" certainly won't apply to ALL cordless vacs, surely?

Any Enthusiasts care that a Paradigm Shift in the Cleaning Industry has Begun?

Of course we should all be thankful that theres a big a market with loads of different cleaning gadgets including vacuums. Traditional vacuums will never really phase out - after all look at people who have already rescued vintage appliances that are still working. Same with cars, same with...

Any Enthusiasts care that a Paradigm Shift in the Cleaning Industry has Begun?

I can see the point of robotic window vacs - I might be a happy owner of a Karcher window vac and with the option clip on lock extender pole to get up high but most of the time I can't be bothered to clean my windows all of the time. Robotic vacs have to go a long way yet until I remain...

Tested: Bagged vacuums lost suction when bag fills

I have also tried the Dyson and I find it impressive. However I have no need for it in my life and would just rely on cheaper to buy cordless dust busters. Either way its a heck of a lot faster and cleaner than using a dust pan and brush in my experience!

Any Enthusiasts care that a Paradigm Shift in the Cleaning Industry has Begun?

The recent issue of Which magazine in the UK has given the Dyson a top recommendation. A "Dont Buy" has been issued to the Miele RX Scout, though!

Tested: Bagged vacuums lost suction when bag fills

My gran loved her Junior but not its bottom fill bag. Constant mess every time it came off the bottom fill tube. My parents has the top fill Junior U1104 for best part of 13 odd years. So much cleaner and easier.

Has Anybody Used The New Kirby Charcoal Bags?

Slightly off topic but it reminds me of when I was cleaning out my fridge the other day. It would make sense to have an actual replaceable fridge filter inside the fridge as Im always buying hanging charcoal things every couple of months so that stronger smelling foods don't affect others...

What happens to carpets that have only been cleaned with a stick vac...

Not all wool carpet is the same though; some have thin top soil wool that comes off little by little or huge great big balls of wool that you could probably make a wig out of! The problem with mine is that it produces small amounts of wool when a delicate brush bar is used on it in terms of...

What happens to carpets that have only been cleaned with a stick vac...

That's the very stuff - i.e the cotton like wool - that I try to avoid with my carpets. When I have used constant aggressive brush rolls on my wool carpets, that's what I continually get and when I have felt it with my fingers, it is very clearly wool and not dirt. There's a lesson there to...

Volt Cordless Power Nozzle broom vac

LOL that's clever. What about using the dust brush on board? Or just there for cosmetic value?

ANyway, getting back to topic - Mike - can those LED lamps be switched on and off? Is the brush roll easy to remove for cleaning off?

    New full-size powerhead from Electrolux

Inform yourself Dont believe everything you read, When the Americans moved in and from 1961 to 1992, it became a factory for trident missiles as well as US Polaris and Poseidon nuclear submarines. In the 1980s documents were found in bags dumped by the Naval base and discovered in the west...

    New full-size powerhead from Electrolux

WITHOUT the American military, my town in Scotland wouldn't have been subject to fill the River Clyde with nuclear waste due to the navy base that we had in the 1980s. That was the reality despite how kind hearted all the military families were.
