As some of you know I recently acquired a large lot from a friend in New York. They have kept me quite busy, but almost all of them are completed with currently 4 exceptions. GE Av11

I'm so sorry to hear that. I wish I could make it up, those GE and Premiers sound interesting. Best of luck.

    WHERE IS EVERYBODY???

Dedicated forums like this one are dying off. Most of the collectors that used to post here now post in one of the many vacuum related Facebook groups. I mostly post here to add info to the massive archive for future reference.

    GE Model 103

I saw one of these in that big eBay lot in February. Wondered what it was. Got this from a friend's barn 2 weeks ago and restored today. I am tired. I must admit this thing is massive, but only one speed! The bag, I will see about getting it dyed and a logo printed back on(you can kinda see it -...

    The Elusive Eureka Standard Waxer

I got this in a set of tools for a Eureka 10/11, its been eaten by something and decayed a bit but given the tag I don't think it has ever been used!

Finished my "what is it" vacuum

It appears Churchill was a hardware store at first but branched out into chemicals later on

Finished my "what is it" vacuum

Maybe an eraser vacuum that was modified into a shop vac with a hose? I've seen a few variants of such a thing(like below)

    Kent Baby Twin Vacuna

There was an electric Regina model C as well as something from Western Electric. The clean air uprights were a small competitive market in the 10s lol

Finished my "what is it" vacuum

Wow!! Looks excellent! That is for sure a GE product, or at least the motor. Maybe the holes were to mount to a table?

    Vintage Royal Vacuum project

If you still have it, could you use the old replacement bag as a template? It appears to be the same shape as original, just different colors and maybe an extra seam to blend the two fabrics.

    Kent Baby Twin Vacuna

That is the blower exhaust. It has a bag inside

    Kent Baby Twin Vacuna

Anyone ever see one? Chris(Hoover28 on here) picked this up for me at an antique shop and I bought it off him. Can't wait to get it running. I remember seeing this referenced somewhere but the website is gone now.

    how to remove fan ?

If this is a GE product which it appears to be, grip the flat part of the rotor with vice grips(not the threads!) and spin the fan to the right while holding the vice grips still, the same way you undid the nut. May take some doing but it should come off that way.
