Wow Whoever had this, used it with no filter bag in it...I am assuming they thought it was a shake out bag. But they had to vacuum a bunch at once because it was all packed behind the hose hole for the filter bag in the emptor, packed tight in the fan housing all around it. And my phillips...

What were they thinking sucking all this crap up. The filter bag was empty, and the emptor was jammed packed even in the fan housing with all this stuff you see. Looks like they vacuumed pieces of thick wire and a bunch of nails. The poor roller brush, flops around like it aint even connected...

1505 or 1401-B So I seen a Olympia that came with the short hump power nozzle and thought for sure it would say 1505 for the model number. The inside of the bag door was plastic and it still said 1401-B. So Im assuming a little newer ones will say 1505, and still be the brown Olympia?

Bought a used Platinum from a family and during shipping I guess it broke the power switch. Does anyone know how to get the cordwinder and power switch cover off. I took the screw out from the exhaust port but Don't know how to get it loose at the bottom. Starting to have flashbacks of the...
