    What is your favourite kirby

Unlike most uprights, I really like that Kirbys never tip over when you're using the hose.

    Favorite cordless stick vac’s

Like you, I'm not into cordless stick vacs either. I like the Dyson V8 I use at work but I rarely use mine at home. In fact, when mine dies, I won't be getting another one. That being said, I'd say this Black & Decker DustBuster CFV1200 would be my all time favorite. I've never owned it before...

    Split level central vacuum

I remember that system! It was from one of your blogs online I've read years ago, should've been called "Not So Silent Partner by VacuMaid".

    Split level central vacuum

Very cool, thanks for sharing! If I really wanted a split system, I'd rather get a bagged MD with a cyclonic separator like this for example by Pittsburg Central Vacuum. I've seen some dealers put in three different VacuMaid units like this for example by Ford's VacuMaid, I think that's too much...

    best cleaning machines

Everyone definitely has different tastes, I even have a friend who likes Shark better than SEBO or anything else she's ever used for her realtor business. When we were having a friendly discussion one day, she thought I didn't knew what I was talking about with vacuums until I showed her...

What is the most powerful central vacuum?

The Vacuflo 960 has since been discontinued, so is the CycloVac 7515 but they do make a 7525 today. From your list, I'd recommend the CycloVac. You'd have the option of having it either in parallel or series, can be used as bagged, ton of power, and one of the quietest central vacs I've ever...

    best cleaning machines

You can also get an extension hose for the FELIX. Also with the brushroll shut off, I don't need to worry about the brushroll spinning on the carpets while using the hose. From experience it's much easier taking the brushroll out than taking out the brushstrip. When it comes to servicing, taking...

    best cleaning machines

I never noticed the weight issue being a big deal, yes there is a difference I will say that but it's not that alarming to me. I don't think you've watched the video but it does in fact have a mounting clip to store two attachments on. As for falling over, well both the G and MECHANICAL models...

From your list, definitely the SEBO FELIX. One of if not the best upright designs I've ever seen.

    What is your favourite kirby

I've found that the foot pedal switch on the G4 tech drive to be more reliable than the G5 and newer models. I also like the brushrolls they used that makes sweeping up better. They can easily be fitted a metal fan for more power. And they used phillip screws unlike torx. Personally this is just...

    Unusual central vacuum plug/cord

I might if I did a service call, but I haven't even met the new neighbors yet who bought that place a few years ago. They're not the only ones with a split system, I've got a few more in my neighborhood at least from what I've seen. Two are VacuMaid and one is a AstroVac, they're all single motor.

    What is your favourite kirby

My all time favorite is the Heritage II/Legend. The best one in my opinion would be their G4 which is also my second favorite Kirby but definitely the favorite from the tech drive series.

    Split level central vacuum

My camera microphone likely won't pick up the sound from the distance, that's why I said earlier that videos can be misleading. But I do however have pictures, see other thread. Since that post, I bet someone finally got a cone for it because the pipes and walls used to be so dirty but not...

    Riccar R-40 P2 Upright - good/bad?

The only Tandem Air I'd have no problem with using is connecting a Volt power nozzle to a Riccar central vac. Personally, I'd rather just use a Riccar RPB-F nozzle and convert to a three brushroll instead of two so I can have a Radiance/Synergy style machine but with more power and no worries...

    Split level central vacuum

My grandfather in his house has a Cen-Tec CT14DX nozzle made by Panasonic for his VacuMaid central vac, it uses a geared belt. He also has a Panasonic made Kenmore 2621 canister vacuum at his cabin which the nozzle is basically a Cen-Tec CT18DXQD, that one doesn't have a geared belt but rather a...

    Split level central vacuum

My Beam Rugmaster Plus with a rubber belt is more louder than the MD Stealth with a cogged belt I used to have. But yes I agree that central vacs are usually more quieter than portables. Even that VacuMaid S2600 I mentioned earlier was even quieter than the upright that place also had when I...

They'd also be referred to as clean air.

    Riccar R-40 P2 Upright - good/bad?

That's with any 40 series which came out after 2014, these were the very first ones introduced.

    Split level central vacuum

Videos can be misleading, they may give you an idea but they can't exactly tell you completely of how loud or quiet they actually are. The only real way to tell is not only hear one in person but also have a decibel meter next to it. For example this one was definitely quieter on camera...

    Central vacuum

The 466Q uses a 116472 lamb motor that's 5.7 inches, especially since the unit is shorter in height compare to the 566Q as shown below. The 566Q uses a 7.2 motor but it's not the same one that the 560 has as well it replaced. To be fair, it's been so long since I used the 566Q that maybe it...
