Kirby makes a great horsehair dusting brush. Soft rubber so it should not scratch. I use it on all my 1 1/4 inch vacuums. The flip over tool Tom was talking about is also very good. I use it on  my pleated draperies, then follow up with a hand held steamer......     PR-21 Bud
