What should I use to re-seal the fan chamber on my generation 5? Would automotive RTV sealant work?

The lager dust bag would definitely be a plus, and I'm a sucker for a real horse hair dusting brush.

Its always changing, but..... Lately its been my Dyson dc40 for the bare floors and Fantom Fury for the living room rug.

Have a Riccar Sunburst or Moonlight canister? I'm interested in getting one in the near future, absolutely love the new floor tool! Here are my questions....How long is the cored and hose? Also does it maneuver well? Nothing a hate more than a canister with a stiff awkward hose to fight with.
