I have some problems with removing Mini Em-Tor. I don't know why, but I also have problems with setting up the Mini Em-Tor, and connecting hose to exhaust port. What to do?

Hi. Yesterday my new Kirby G5 arrived to me. It was dirty, because it was sitting in the basement all the time. Seller has Kirby G6, so he wasn't using the G5. I washed up the outer bag, cleaned all the attachments and Kirby. Here you have some photos. Before/After

As I said, I have got a Vax Rapide Deluxe Carpet Washer. But... The water pump did not work. I don't know what to do. I filled it with water. Turned it on, and I sow, that the water wasn't coming out from attachment. But when I disconnected the solution tube, the socket was wet! What is going about?

Yes, I have known that Hoover has got Polish website, but look: we don't have Hoovers, that are in USA or UK. I know that owners manual come with it, but I want to read it. Now. I love reading owners manuals. :P
