Ok is is possible to restore the sound of the motor to the level it was when I first got it? Its like twice as loud as it was. Im thinking something may need oiled? I checked for clogs and its clean. Any suggestions?

Im looking for a Hoover convertible. The hood is pink and does have a headlight. The outer bag is pink and grey kind of a flowery print. It takes type C bags. If anyone can help me with model# or where I might be able to get this vac that would be great!
