Hoover WindTunnel Air new infomercial . . .

I like how non-dyson brands always pitch against dyson, they are advertising dyson! Notice how dysons always say 'other machines'? I have owned thed uk version, the Vax air and I was really impressed with it! Probably because the cyclone is a copy of dysons. It's cheaper plastic used on the TTI...

    New Dyson

The uk version of the 40 only has one row of stiff bristles, and the uk website states that it has 55 less airwatts than the 41. Damn the uk always changing stuff!!

    New Dyson

Gareth Have you seen that there is a slight difference in design between the 40/41? I have been to a local electrical store today and wheeled the machine over to a plug socket for a play! Really impressed with the new turbine head, it has stuff bristles and seems to pull itself along. The...

    Vacuums using H2O filtration

See I dont mind the extra bit of maintenance the rainbow requires. It's the machine I do not like, and I really wanted to!! If it were bagged, I would feel the same way. It feels cheap and plastics to pick up the unit. The numb dolly catches on furniture and door frames. For something so...

    New Dyson

Rock it onto its back wheels gentley and drag it backwards holding the handle low. Works a treat! I have found with the 41 that the bottom end of the wand is angled the wrong way, it seem to impede the suction, if it was angled the other it wouldn't. That's not too much f a problem for me as...

    New Dyson

That not how the it works. The sole plate move. So as the machine seals to the carpet, it pulls the sole plate up, which in turn pushes the rotating brushes in to the pile of the carpet. It does the more on long pile, less or short pile, and not at all on hard floors. - it does it slightly on...

    Vacuums using H2O filtration

I own a polti lecoaspira (vaccum + steam) and a cheap make called hydra by gisowatt (vacuum). I hve a rainbow too. I'm not keen on the rainbow, at all. Not for the £900+ anyway! I think I would like there latest model. I don't like how the dolly catches everything, and I don't think the suction...

    Best all round Dyson upright.

See, I have the 41, but have seen the 40. The 40's bristles are a lot stiffer! I was a little annoyed.. I was hoping with this model we would get the same style brush as USA, but we didn't :/

Sanitaire Sc886 Vs. Kirby Sentra (Oatmeal/Rice Test)

Twocvbloke Good effort! I can only find one though? (the shake out, granted I havnt scrolled for very long so will give that a shot, duh!?) We have a make over this neck of the woods called perfect, which looks to be a rebadged sanitaire. How much tax do you have to pay for shipping electrics...
