Have you tried.. The small black plastic adaptor that allows you to fit tools directly to the hose? It may not be a tight fit, but should allow you to connect to tool directly to the Dysons hose. Pattern tool sets can be picked up for Dysons really cheaply fom eBay. Hope that helps!

Thank you. I really appreciate that info. I have an upright for the deep cleaning of carpets, so another upright with tools seems to defeat the object a little. I have a miele and love its power and quietness. So i may look into this kit. Why cant they make one fantastic all round machine...

When i owned a TP3 i always thought the lazy autosense was due to the wider hose? Dirt not travelling as fast through the cleaner, therefore not hitting the sensor as hard? It was just an idea!

What products do you use to make your cleaners shine? I have stumbled upon a little black miele S5. It was covered in paint marks, so obviously scrubbing these of has marked its plastic. If anybody has any tips i would be extremely grateful! The 'klear' stuff that you apply to floors hasn't...

I used to use one of these a couple of years ago when i cleaned for the NHS. They were in most of the clinics as a back up machine. I really liked how quiet they were. Would of liked to have used one with a power head.. Good work yet again ryry!
