tank cleaners I've always been an upright kinda guy, with Kirby's and Royals being my favorites, but if I were to invest in or collect tanks, it would surly be a Royal Powertank. They just look so beefy and sturdy.

tried that didn't seem to work... i had all kinds of tools out last night trying to remedy the problem but nothing seemed to work.

gasket i actually think its going to take more than a new gasket for a seal. it a pretty large gap. I almost think the wire brackets that the door swings out on are bent out of shape and the lever is pretty much useless - it has alot of play in it and pretty much just spins freely.

Ok, so now my G3 is making some sort of low pitched growl-like noise when I use it. Everything seems to work fine, but its becoming more and more pronounced. Is that what it sounds like when the bearings start to get dry or go bad, or could it be a prob with the transmission?

Anybody heard anything or know when a new Kirby model is hitting? Seems like its been FOREVER! I know it seems like it's usually every three years or so.
