Hello All, I am working on a heritage 1 that suffered from a fan breakage. The screw to take the fan off is rusted so tightly to the armature. I have been using WD-40 for over a week to try and break up the rust and have only bent my screwdriver in the process. Any suggestions? I am at a loss...

@myvacsrock I have other bags. I use the shake out bag for the looks but want the hepa performance. I may try to figure out a way to slide it through the bottom of the emptor. Maybe 3d print a new adapter. We will see!

Polishing Nice work! It looks amazing! My question is what do you use to polish the aluminum. I have a few Kirby's that really need a good polish and scratch removal. Any suggestions will help! Josh
