i usally turn it inside out, fit it over the emtor, then stretch it with a screwdriver. if its a shake out bag then I'm not sure.

It has definitely Gotten worst. I recently ordered a belt for a Hoover brush vac, received a belt for an elite. Not a huge deal but annoying.

I would personally use the paper bags. Some say they clog easily, but since it will probably be picking up some light dirt it shouldn't be a problem. I wonder if you'll find a cigarette bud or ash in the motor!
