Hello.
I am looking for the Horn adapter for a Generation series Kirby.
I am not having much luck finding just the adapter.
If you either have one you want to sell or know where I can get one it would be greatly appreciated.
I have the horn adapter circled in the image I found from the...
Here's my question.....
Seeing how the bearing caps can be taken off of the brush rolls on both the G-Series Kirbys and any later ball bearing replacements for the Classics I'm wondering if the end caps for the Classic replacement brush rolls will fit on the bearings of the oblique angled...
WHAT??!!!
A Classic Three label smacked on the front of an Omega or 1-CR belt lifter??
I'm sorry but that's just sloppy!
I am disappointed to hear that Kirby is getting that lackadaisical about their rebuilds. Those labels clearly do not match.
I'm going to buy a complete C-3 belt lifter assy...
New is nice- but does not have to be perfect as long as it is Classic Three Red, has all the parts and the tines are not bent out of shape.

I noticed a Tradition in a second hand store yesterday. The Tradition had a smooth cord made from a soft rubber with no grooves on it.The starter button was also smooth. I recalled when I used to work in a vacuum store that some Traditions had smooth cords with no grooves, they were very...
Hello.
I am looking for a Red Kirby Classic Three Shag King.
Does anyone have one they want to get rid of?
Must be red and in good condition.
My Omega Shag King just doesn't look right on my Classic Three (my new daily driver)
Kirby 500 series combined with Classic 1-CR headlight cover. I wonder if it was connected to the 1-CR nozzle too. It looks like it has a 1-CR safety switch.
I would like to have seen this right after it was rebuilt- definitely an after market job. I think the slim,500 series handle and housings...

Mine would have to be the Classic Omega, late model with the armored bag. Mine looked like it was ready for the scrap yard when I found it. It had the armored bag and a very healthy motor which is why I bought it. I'm glad I did because after I restored it; the more I use it the...

Do you have any armored bags for the Kirby Classic Omega?
What other Rosewood Omega parts do you have?
I'm always on the lookout for the newer style Rosewood replacement Kirby Omega hose (in the flex vinyl- not the stiff as cardboard original)
I'm also looking for a Miracle Head box for...
I was on Ebay this morning and found this: a Tradition Blue trimmed Kirby Classic Omega. Looks like it was made over sometime in the 1980's.
I thought I'd post the link here. At one time, I believe it was possible to purchase different colored trim for the different model of Kirbys aka...
Is it just me or is this a metal Kirby fan sold on the aftermarket?
The inner diameter opening looks a little narrow to fit over a Kirby Armature.
Are there any other venues where an aftermarket metal Kirby fan can be obtained?
I like the Kevlar fan on my machine but it does not have the...
I was able to get the stickers and the sloppily placed packing tape off using a heat gun. The box is all dented up and knackered. However, I found another one online that's in really good shape and has a later model vinyl Omega hose (really flexible).
Alex, You were a dealer during the Classic...
On that note.....
I wonder if it's posible to have the Kirby graphics scanned and printed true to size on some kind of clear film appliqué with the graphics in the proper beige/tan color?
I'm thinking of building a box the size of the origional large one out of wood, staining it the rosewood...
Hello fellow collectors and enthusiasts.
Today, my Classic Omega parts (including the original Kirby box) I ordered on Ebay arrived. I was so excited when my housemate sent me a text saying a Kirby Parcel arrived. My excitement turned in to horror when I discovered that it the parts were shipped...

@ Will Hemb-
That is an amazing find!
I am so jealous- Lol I hate you! Haha :)
About how many Kirbys did you get in that haul?
I noticed a couple of early run Kirby Classic III handles.
Kirbys are a funny lot; I recently decided to do a restoration on my Classic...
