    Hoover "Lark"

My list Well my main Hoover goals would be a Sovereign, USA Junior, hard bag innovation, Electronic 1000, and of course, the Hoover Lark. Over time I assume that I'll be able to find them, that's just the joy of the hunt!   Regards, Garrett   (P.S. I'm sure there'll be more added to my...

    Hoover "Lark"

Congrats! I'd love to have a Lark! I don't know all that much about them, other than they're rare, and super cool! There's a whole list I've made of certain Hoovers I'd like to find some day and the Lark is certainly on it.   Best regards, Garrett

Calling the support number on a vintage vacuum today?

Dirt Devil Since I'm a Dirt Devil fanboy, it might seem obvious that I have called the number on the bottom of my broom vacs. It takes me to the current dirt devil phone number, which is cool. When I ask about service for older dirt devils though, they inform me that the model has been...

    royal upright question

Royal made an attachment adapter and kit for it, they're very rare. It's basically a little plate that goes onto the opening on the nozzle, and then it takes a standard Royal upright hose once the plate adapter thingy is on it.

Has Anyone Ever Seen A Royal Prince M5000 Like This!!??

I have the matching upright to that little one! I've seen a couple of Princes with weird bags, never that one. The one that I remember most was last month there was a metal prince with a pro series bag somehow, but it didn't say pro series on anywhere other than the bag pattern.    Regards...

    Progress Mercedes 389

Lucky! Very cool finds guys! Y'all are some of the luckiest collectors I know. And no doubt I've seen some of y'alls collections too (or former collections)

    royal vacuum info needed.

There's also an electro hygiene, and I believe a stark with removable nozzle. I'm not sure of the model numbers of them though.

    Help me out!

Hi everyone, I'm selling an abundance of my vacuum cleaners, needing space and money. I'm selling them through a site called offerup, where shipping is only $15 no matter the vacuum I am selling. You can "make an offer" which means to basically negotiate a price with me, and the vacuum will be...

    NIB Royal Power Team

Love these I do come and admire this post every once in a while, I've gained a love for these. My dream ones are a 4600, or a 4650 because I like the speed control and switch on the handle rather than the speed control on the tank like the 4700. I've seen the dealer demonstration for one of...

    My dirt devils :)

Dirt Devil - Vax   I'd love to have one. That isn't even mentioned on my list of dirt devils to suggest to people just because of its rarity! It's called the Cyclone. I'll put some pictures. Dirt Devil also used to have more custom units made for them, I guess not anymore. Like the platinum...

    My dirt devils :)

I agree with what everyone has said, they are some cool uprights, and those are good recommendations. I've also been looking at some of Dirt Devils central vacuums, they have a whole lineup and a nice assortment for generally different houses and situations. The Power Pak and can vac canisters...

    Thrift store Vacuums

I love the Eureka 2034 and the Regina! Dyson is a normal clutched model, I used to have one. They made one without a clutch in that color, which is the rare one.   Regards, Garrett

    Eureka Excalibur Canister 6975

Volta Yes I saw the Volta versions of both, one day after I had bought mine and it was being shipped to my house I got recommended a video of one and thought it was amazing, told some other collectors. It was a very weird thing to see that with the slider electronic speed control where on my...

    Eureka Excalibur Canister 6975

Cool! I was just chatting about the Europa with some other collectors recently. They were also called the Home Cleaning System or something similar, one in blue just went up for sale in craigslist in my area. The Europa I really want though is the one with electronic motor speed control in the...

    Eureka Excalibur Canister 6975

Here's a quick update, I've gotten a good amount of new vacuums recently but I'd just like to share my experience with one. It's a Eureka Excalibur canister, the top of the line Quiet Kleen model. I bought it from Kyle Krichbaum, and am very happy with it. It's assembled very oddly, the back...

Dirt devil upright plus model 6199

That's a hard question, even I am finding out about new Dirt Devils every week. I'm gonna say the Dirt Devil Anniversary upright, weird exclusive series (sterling set, emerald collection, extra hp) or the Royal Dirt Devil "Dawg Devil" hand vac.

    Cheap Stick Vac Recommendations

If you can find one cheap, a Miele stick vac. They're usually sold used for $10 to $40. So worth it, and you can add a Miele power nozzle if you wish.

Dirt devil upright plus model 6199

Well I wouldn't say that.. I could definitely name dirt devils the same rarity and rarer than the 6199, but that is surely a rare one.

Dirt devil upright plus model 6199

Rare Nobody knows enough about dirt devil, I may be the one with most knowledge for dirt devils on VL. Those are normally labelled as the 6200 series. Since the headlight was removed, and there were no features added, I assume Royal's best decision was to take away one from the model number and...
