Simplicity/Riccar i own a simplicity synergy, ( also sold as a Riccar radiance) and it is an excellent cleaner. it vibrates grit out of the carpets, has a 7 year warranty, and is made in saint james,missouri. i would recommend this cleaner.

I have both!!! The hoover is a great vacuum but the simplicity does a better job and it does it faster than the hoover

vacuum store why not try finding a vacuum shop close to you. we have a vac shop close to us and they hooked us up with the best vacuum we have ever owned. why not give it a shot

Guardsman I would recommend a 12 inc bagged guardsman i have a convertible (the 80s home version of a guardsman)and it is the best vacuum for deep cleaning carpets.

Sebo and Miele I'd keep the sebo and the miele. They are the best for what you said you have.
