    blue Electrolux dusting brush attachment

Known as the 'FA' tool over here. Very common here in the UK; I have about seven of these new and used. One of the best combination upholstery/ dusting brushes ever made by a predominately suction cleaner manufacturer. PS. JON, I am having a bag from Marty Kaplan for my restored 541...

    Hoover 417G Cleaner

417G Hello Nick, The colour scheme of your vac is my favourite. In its day this model would have performed very well with the its hooverette 2944 size of carpet nozzle. A few tips; chuck or wash out the filter at the motor end; it appears to be almost of a fibre glass composition. I think it...

    Stunning Hoover 541 Restoration

541 and 543 Both uncommon this side of the pond. The 543 was fitted with the standard black bag which I believe was developed for the 700 in 1926, the 543 being the budget model.

    Stunning Hoover 541 Restoration

bristle tuft numbers. I did not know that the number of tufts varied in the production run, must go and check my prized 541 which I restored seven years ago now. I made mine up from two machines. 541/3 are rare models over here. Wonderful that you have both a good furniture guard and a great...

Lovely, lovely That bag and spreader assembly is perfect....very rare over here. I nearly bid for a complete UK voltage 575 years ago; it was only 20/5 miles away. Why didn't I....fool!!! Enjoy, Walter, UK.

    Hoover 575 Project

Very nice machine I was given a motor about forty years ago by our local cleaner repair man. I only found out what the rest of the machine looked like about ten years ago. My motor runs well. Regards form the UK.

    375 motor

Complete 375 Hello Gary, I agree with Al; you are much more likely to come across a complete cleaner rather than individual parts. I think, from memory, that the front ball race assembly is the same as fitted to the 119. Sometimes the rear sleeve type bearings appear on ebay. What a shame...

    Deep pockets

Present silly prices Hello Gary, I completely agree with all that you say. Did you see what the BNIB Hoover junior U1012 went for earlier this week!! I'm fairly sure I know the polisher you referred too. Regards, Walter.
