Yes I forgot... That burnt orange is "in" right now. We have a couple Ikea lamps in our family room with shades that color, they look very nice with the light gold walls.

who is it made by? and where is it made? The newer style motor is in my brand new SC688 that I got for christmas but there is no visible tags on the motor at all. My SC888 has the older pancake motor and I know that's made by Ametek in Mexico.

Actually, I contacted the seller back on Saturday and let them know of my dissatisfaction and they responded promptly and said they would look on Monday for the correct wand. Today I got an email stating they sent it out today. So they seem to be very on top of things, and hopefully it should...

Got the Queen out the box and put together today. Come to find out it didn't come with the correct wand, instead of the original one it's the one that matches the mismatching powerhead....no wonder why it was hard to maneuver the powernozzle around. Thinking about what I should do to solve that...

I used Turtle wax rubbing compound, then Mothers aluminum polish. all done by hand.
