    the before pics look better than one i have. the motor on mine is frozen solid and the screws are so rusty they wont budge. in your before pics it looks like the wall plug is broken. in the after it looks brand new- was it just dirty before or did you fix it? and you even have the original box...

    ! my 2C Kirby manual has some writing on the top at the front I can read some of it but some of the paper is actually flaking off. what I can see looks like it was written in fountain pen(I have a great interest in those too)

    ? I guess I was wrong. I thought a model C was 1935 and 1C was 1937 and 2C 1939. interesting. there must not have actually been a "!C" and that must be the reason the model plate on mine just says C on it. so the C went 2 years? 1935 and 36?

    I made a Kirby bag out of duck canvas here it is but I dont know what became of it. this was in 2007. the logos not real good because I used iron on transfer. bag came out ok though

    thats awesome dude- the ring on mine isnt too bad but hard to get at that little screw. i believe i actually have another ring from one that had the bag tore up. this is the machine the housekeeper uses twice a week when she's here. we all like it because its quiet. the aromador actually works...
