    What vacuum is this?

Don't know if this counts but.... There was a store I went to a few months ago where there was some 00s vacuums in the windows display. There are stores that sell refurbished models and I figured I'd give it a shot. On Google maps the display kept changing so I figured those machines in the...

What is the “What Were They Thinking?!” Product of the vacuum world?

My aunt had two I can think of The Windtunnel 2 with the self cleaning hepa filter. Such a shame the filter mechanism would get caught up with dust because I think when it actually functioned, it was rather well performing vacuum cleaner. And it looked cool. Years later she got a JOY Super Chic...

    Hoover CH50010

Found out about this "commercial" Hoover vacuum a while back and really like the look of it. Looks alot more like a household unit than a commercial one. Very classic 90s mid line Windtunnel style, obviously one of thr molds left over from Maytag that TTI got ahold of. It's relatively recent...

    What vacuum is this?

Hoover300 I didnt even think of the D-A-M line but you're right! I see the power drive arm. I looked it up and the white one was 1178?

    What vacuum is this?

Put this in the 80s spot because I really cant tell, but I came across this pic of a vacuum shop and IDK what vacuum this is? It definitely looks older but I dont know how old. IDK if it is but is it the base of a metal Convertible? Just was curious.

    Never seen this Windtunnel

Panasonicvac Believe it or not sold here in the states. This was a photo I found on this site from that hoover store in PA. IDK why but I always like the teal colors on the Maytag/TTI hoovers.

    Never seen this Windtunnel

Did some looking around on the internet as usual and saw this nice teal blue colored Windtunnel. Was this a Hoover store exclusive? Ive seen the gray one next to it alot but the teal looks alot nicer.

    Hoover Vacuum Photos.

Could very well be.... however, some photos of this machine in particular sometimes look like they have the plum purple of the Self Propelled Windtunnel. Light can make a difference though. Chance is still there this is the vac I saw, might not be fully the color I remember.

    Powermax Supreme 950

Durango159 The TurboPower 5000 and the green Powermax Supreme are probably my favorites! When did you get the turbopower? The 6000 PowerMax would be pretty cool to have with the gold plated hoover logo on the power head. I liked that Hoover had kind of a thing for thr gold bases in the 90s...

    Hoover Power MAX canisters.

Thanks for the reply!!!! Yep, I'm very familiar with the runabout version of the cleaner, always thought that one had a cool look. The one I'm referring to MIGHT be the S3609 you talked about. I saw it on a Canadian site a few years back so its definitely one of the more elusive models.

    Hoover Power MAX canisters.

Someone MIGHT know what im talking about.... Theres another rare Hoover Powermax canister, black in color, but not a TurboPower. One from the very late 90s or early 2000s, reminiscent of the S3607 Deluxe or S3530 Supreme. I saw it listed a few times awhile back on sites like Kijiji in Canada so...

    Powermax Supreme 950

Other than this one image I can't find much on the internet about this one, what's the history behind this machine and does anyone here have one?

    Hoover Vacuum Photos.

Durango159 I know they started with the Dimensions and Power Drive uprights, which is what I want to ask, if anyone knows if a photo like the aforementioned exits for the plum purple Hoover Dirt Finder. I saw a Dimension/Widepath styled vac in a purple color YEARS AND YEARS ago in a circular...

    Hoover Vacuum Photos.

Just was kind of curious cause it might help me figure out something, does anyone have a collection of these type of photos of the Hoovers from the Mid-Late 1990s to the 2000s? Theyre almost like a studio shoot. This was how theyd take photos for the boxes and ads I would assume.

    Soviet Space Age Vac

Hoover300 Apparently these vacuums were called Saturnas. Wonder how well these actually performed.

    Which Hoover Canister is this?

Thevacomaticiec The only thing keeping me from saying Futura is that it has the tool cover door, and from the looks of it a built in cord rewind. SOME Futuras did have a rewind but most if not all had no door cover. Im leaning towards PowerMax but I cant tell which version.

    Which Hoover Canister is this?

I saw this video awhile back of Jay Leno talking with a kid who was into vacuums and one of the phots displayed was of the Hoover Display I would assume in Ohio, of course during the 1990s. I just wanted to know if anyone could identify which type of canister is at the top of the display? Is it...
