    Fans

You can take apart the fan, then vacuum or wash the fan cage. But if you're gonna wash it let the fan cage dry before using. Is it one of those cylinder fans?

    Shop Vac Grinding Noise.

I still have my Shop Vac Hang Up that I bought in 2018. It still makes that grinding noise whenever I turn it on. What could be going on with it? It doesn't make that bearing noise anymore so I don't need to lube it.

    NEW Shark Vertex coming soon

Those "Powerfins" look like they would do nothing to the carpet. Seriously, Shark?

    Vacuums you think look alike.

Does anyone else think Hoover's Windtunnel Twin Chamber and Dirt Devil's Reaction D2 looked a little similar?

You're right they're actually making the Powerdash Pet in the USA. I just read the serial date wrong because I learned to read serial dates on Bissell.

    Pair of Windtunnel V2s

I know that these suffered from reliability issues, therefore alot didn't survive and got thrown away. Other than that, great finds.

Has anyone talked about the Hoover Preferred Lineup?

Guessing these had "preferred" in their names because alot of people preferred Hoover's Windtunnel Vacuums at the time.

Has anyone talked about the Hoover Preferred Lineup?

Think the Twin Chamber Preferred Windtunnel had a teflon filter in it. I also think the Preferred Canister and Self Propelled had hepa bags. Don't know if the Preferred Dual V came with that bag chamber.

Has anyone talked about the Hoover Preferred Lineup?

No, not referring to those elites, though I did see a Preferred Elite at one of my Goodwills. I'm about talking the Windtunnels that had "Preferred" in their names along with the Windtunnel Name. They'd usually be silver in color.

What the best/your favorite "mainstream" vaccums and brands?

I do like Maytag Hoovers. But I think my Hoover Rewind (2016) does just as good as my Maytag Hoover Empower.

    The 1.79 Hoover from Goodwill.

I still have my Empower. Just replaced the filter in it today and swapped the original nylon brushroll with my Widepath Tempo's CWP brushroll a few days ago. Anyways, has the Fold Away finished being restored, kirbyklekter? I'll Upload some pictures later...

    Early 2000s Hoover Concept Designs

I'm thinking the schematic on the left in the 3rd picture is a concept for the Fold Away.

Maytag Hoovers from the early to mid 2000's.

I'm thinking about swapping the brushrolls from my Widepath Tempo and my Empower.. I just feel like talking about Maytag Hoovers from this era.

I thought the V.C.C.C was an event, sorry about that.
