it does make you wonder...for the amount of money it costs to own a kirby.....on the royals ive heard it was something that clipped onto the head...used as you vacuum...? saw the pile lifter machine...so out of my $$$ league....

details its your money...so ask questions. get details..even if you gotta call back several times....ask around the forum about what they didnt like about their recondition expierence...jot it down and address those issues when you call....this way you get no 'surprises'

so whats included in the service of the motor itself..whats replaced and whats reconditioned. ive heard that the g5 is a great unit ...and with a full polishing and clean up/restore you may not see the need for a new one... a few on the forum have done a restore on there g series...id look at...

seen it on qvc one nite...looks really nice but ive heard some say a little short on performance...went to lowes to see upclose...heavy-solid...but didnt try it....

the areus we service look xactly like the hoover..except white...w/ ametek motors. the one in the picture looks alot better...i like the hood slope...

vibragroomer it seems as if it was possibly shelved .. to make room for the w/t bagged ...and increase sales of the platinum line. i also heard that hoover needed something to counter the sanitaire -sc9050a 5amp....the clean and lite couldnt compete...so in came the w/t bagged...' this came...

they came and went at big lots...real fast...but yet to sevice any failures on them,,,heard hoover had problems but not sure what tho...never heard?other than being loud ive heard good things about them. but odd how it got discontinued so fast.
