    I got a new playtoy

Excellent Find!! I purchased one of those brand new quite a few years back. They originally included a really nice air powered turbo brush. The only thing that I didn't like was that on hard floor everything got blown around by the exhaust. I think I also used bag type S. Great find hope you...

You ended up getting the name? Was it easy to get the Fantom name from Shark? Or did it not entirely get finished yet? Nick

The Complete Fantom How-To-Video Collection REMASTERED

This idea is pure gold!! I really like the idea of this whole thing! I hope everything works out well for you. It would even be cool to see some original videos of your own created (like for the Fantoms that never got videos included with them like the Wildcat). I have very good editing skills...

Why No Love For Sanyo Vacuums

I have a green Sanyo Transformax that I really like. Quiet and light weight. Only complaint is that bags are expensive for it. Thats really the only experience that I ever had with them.

    Bio speedclean vacuum

I had one of those... I found it in the basement at my local vac shop and got it for $5 from the owner. The fan was broken and I replaced it with a Riccar Supralite fan. The machine worked really well and it worked with Riccar bags too. I eventually ended up shipping it to a friend of mine who...

    Why so expensive?

Hi all! Recently I have been interested in Numatic vacuums, and as most of you know they are not that common in the US. I so far have a Henry and a George which I got for under $300 each. Why are they so much more expensive in the USA? My local vac shop can order them for about $250 at their...

Just Scored a Numatic George (US Version)

Hi all! I recently stumbled upon this eBay listing for a brand new in box Numatic George...best part is that it was only $219! I feel like that is an insanely good deal, and I'm pretty excited to have one of these machines since they are not that common here in the US. Now is there anything...

    Fantom fury

I agree. Mike is right, check thrift stores on a regular basis. I rarely find vacuums in my area, but on one of my daily salvation army visits, I found a MINT condition Thunder for $10! Anything is possible with the right dedication!

    In Need of Quick Assistance

Hi all, I'm in need of some help finding a portable carpet extractor (or carpet spotter) for a mobile auto detailing business. I have been using my Rug Doctor MP X3 which is a pain to lug around and especially a pain to get in and out of my car for when I arrive at a customer's house. I need...

    Fantom fury

I did have a few Furys But somebody had just told me that they were interested. What FantomTechGuy is trying to say is that shipping is always going to be expensive for pretty much any vacuum. It is hard to ship large boxes cheap. Usually costs me like $40 to ship a vacuum via FedEx.

    Looking for Fantom parts!!!

Hey There... I have a drawstring bag with the Fantom logo on it, has some tools for the Fury/Thunder in there with the optional pet hair tool I believe. I also have a Thunder with a bad motor which should have a half decent brush roll in it. I also have a spare Cyclone XT floor tool. Let me...

    commercial canister vacuums

My new vac I just purchased a Numatic Henry for $239.00 in the US. Got a good deal considering what they go for online. It's really quiet and the cord is very long which is great. Bags are large and high quality. I would personally recommend getting the Airo brush with it as well, works really...

Found a very nice Fantom Thunder today!

A really nice find for me at my local Salvation Army. I go there daily to see what they get, and aside from beat up Dirt Devil's I was really shocked to see this. The local vac shop was an authorized dealer years ago, so I knew I would eventually find one. Filter housing seems to be in really...
