I have used the chevron roller in my eureka uprights and when you compare the pet hair performance to the vg2, the all brush one wins by a lot. But, it wraps hair around itself a lot, where as the metal vg2 has a smooth surface for the hair to slide past it. I would suggest trying an all brush...

I have an ultra silencer deep clean. It's built OK, but nothing stelar. Mine turns off almost every time I use it so I just don't try any more. The bags a tiny, if you have a large house be ready to fill a whole one in one use. But it is really quiet and does clean well.

Once they are stretched out the Hoover belts work great on the eurekas because their slightly wider and grip the pully better and don't slip no where near as much

The koblenz belts don't last any longer than the rubber eureka ones from my experience

I like the 5.5 amp motor they made. Really powerful while still being quiet.

Airflow helps the vacuum from getting cloged in the first place, a lot of suction will clear it out when you put you hand on the hose, but it will clog again due to the lack of airflow when its not locked onto something. Suction dosent clean, airflow does.

The pet bristles are made of anti microbial material so anything the pets bring in won't live on the brushroll

Metal Isint always better. The plastic fans in kirbys are about twice as strong as the metal one it replaced. I broke a metal fan with a tiny screw, yet the plastic one will take on rocks and change and never look back. Eureka plastic fans are just as strong if not stronger than metal. It all...

The more I use the Handymate the more I love it. It made my stares* look amazing, and really helped out the carpet in my car, which is hard to clean without a brushroll.

I bought a Yellow kenmore canister off ebay a few days ago for 61 dollars. It's the one with the dirt sensor, variable speed, and long hose. SO ANYWAY, It isint here yet but ill post pictures right when I get it. sorry if this is kinda a tease.
