i got a heat pump on cold and my fan on windows close im coool like a cucumber hahah. No problem and yes contacts will make it not go on ive fix a few plastic body to know gota check each and evevry connection

thanks kirbylux77 shes my daily shes a bang up scratch up but she runs sweet the moptor is froma red cxl i think 116311 feels more powerfull than before. also notice the new name plate and handle being speckle gold it is now period correct not right blue hue but shes mine

did you put a bag in the vacuum and make sure it seated properly could be the bag check switch id turn off turn on should reboot it

I have the gold speckle tools also for this vacuum and a power head irestore my yellow comp0act c8 to and got a free cxl but my blue one is my daily driver among all .

I just restore my compact Electra interstate vacuum handle the gold handle found on eBay I use it daily my grandma had one so I made my own new motor hose cord paint flower Daisy's sticker and now proper gold speckled handle
