Montgomery Wards Portapower Hoover w/ Tools

I found this at an estate sale this weekend and picked it up for a pretty decent price. I really only got because I know the Monty-Wards are getting rare and some people really like them. I am accepting reasonable offers or trades😉

Hi Ken! That's a very nice vacuum! I was just wondering, do you still have that Vorwerk?

Built a new pantry and doing a cheap pintrest floor.

I think if they were going to go with just plywood as the main floor covering, the squares are much better way to go. It gives it more of a pattern and personality, makes a small space look bigger, and just makes it look like more thought and work went into it. I would go with a darker stain to...

    Furniture project collection

Such Excellent Skill To Details!!! I think the Bowed Table is favourite out of those pictures. My major was Interior Design so I've been around that kind of thing quite a bit but my skills are limited to picking out the furniture, arranging the layout, choosing the colours & fabrics, and I'm...

My best thrift find yet- A Hoover Convertible

You're Very Welcome Micheal!!!😊 That is a very pretty Hoover! I have one just like it, it was a childhood vacuum for me. My parents bought it in 1987 or 1988 right after they got married. It was always the main upstairs vacuum, and there was an orange Hoover Commercial Decade 80 for the main...

My best thrift find yet- A Hoover Convertible

That is one of my absolute favourite Hoovers ever! That one was a childhood vacuum for me😊 It was for the upstairs and we had an orange Hoover Commercial Decade 80 for the main floor. Unfortunately the blue one died sometime in the mid-2000s and was tossed out. My parents bought it in 1987 or...

    What's your favorite car?

That's very true about front wheel vs. rear wheel drive! I did even know Mercedes ever made one lol. I did know BMW hadn't though. I can take or leave Audi honestly, I had and A6 for very short period. It drove alright but it didn't have the same feel to it. Ive heard they've gotten nicer in...

    Who, besides me thinks

I agree about the plastic knobs! Those aren't my favourite either. I love the blue interior though, it's a pretty good stove and except for the one burner being replaced there haven't been any problems. I've been thinking of of upgrading it though. I've always been a fan of Thermador...
