Model,serrial# & Voltage information location. Johny, My FQ machines all have the model,serial#,voltage information located on a small round matal band located under the twist off top cap. Take a look,your machine should have this information band under the cap as well.

Its the brush roll. Marks is right. The bristles on the Sentria brush roll are really stiff. I had the same problem until I switched to the delicate bristle brush roll. No more nozzle bouncing.

Diamond vs Sentria I have both Kirby Diamond's and Sentria's. I really like the optional power down switch on my Diamond Edition machines. I wish Kirby had kept this option on the Sentria models as well.
