wax i tend to use sainsburys kitchen cleaner with bleach to remove most dirt this also gets rid of most of the paint, if used inside the vacuum it kills two birds with one stone as it cleans and kills of any nastys and gets rid of smells like dog after all that i use turtle wax 3 in one car...

ryan both mums mach airs are the reach models but she doesnt have the extension hose on the side its permanatly attached it comes up the machine over the top in front of the handle and back down the other side, my one is the same otherwise its a pain in the arse having to put it on and taqke it...
