Another nice find! Got this today from Hesco, it's a NOS hood in Jade Green Light for a Hoover U4301-9. It was sitting in their warehouse for almost 20 years before I salvaged it. The plastic bag it came in was very dusty and it has some discoloration on the sides from exposure to sunlight...

Bulb Wattage Check the wattage of the bulb, if it is too high (more than 13) it could start to melt stuff. I bought a bunch of 12v 18w bulbs for my Hoovers by mistake but will use them in cars.

Ebay listing I wonder if it was the one vacuumfreak is wanting to get rid of. BTW I bought the U4101 base. I have a NOS hood from hesco and a ton of motors, I need the black plastic indicator with the neon red stripe on it and the metal guide that holds it to the motor saw it in the picture...
