    Hoover Cloth Bag Cleaner

From what he told me when I talked to him on the phone last year, his dad had this bag cleaner connected to a tank, I believe the Hoover motor just drives the brush, and external suction was applied to the pipe on the side. Of course this is just speculation.

found an amazing find on ebay now all I need is the machine

Nice bag, that guy had about 20 listed, I grabbed the spreader-top one for myself, I don't think any of them have ever been used. I always pick up bags for machines on my wish list as well, sooner or later one will find you and you'll be glad you have that stashed away!

    Vacuum ads/pieces as decor

I have a few color ads from the 20s for Hoover and Mors, but I've yet to have them framed. I LOVE the Spangler patent. So cool!

    Compact C-4 / C-5 Bags & Filters

I was looking at getting some new bags for my compacts, will the cloth filter bags and paper bags made for tristar machines (such as those found on eBay, etc) fit the older models? They appear to be the same size, but wanted to check with the experts before buying. As far as the motor filter...

Call the doctor, I've got HOOVERitis!

The HOOVER gods have been gracious once again! Check out what I just found in a box of old family paperwork! I'll have to remember to sacrifice a Dyson as an offering later... :-p Does anyone want me to scan the booklet? Not sure if anyone has uploaded this version yet or not. Judging by the...

    A Vacuum Collectors Dream Car!

We do have a couple of other cars. I mostly enjoy pre-war vehicles, but it's also nice to jump in a 60s car and do 70 mph on the highway once in a while. In fact, I just finished a 4 hour drive in the Imperial across the state for a Concours in the morning. In total, we have a 1926 Ford Model...

    A Vacuum Collectors Dream Car!

Jimmy: what else would you like to see? Edgar: yes these cars are well accounted for. Jay Leno is technically the first owner of his, as he bought it from Chrysler directly (for $1!). There are also a few of them with no engines, perhaps it was one of those.

    A Vacuum Collectors Dream Car!

A couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege of showing my 65 Chrysler Imperial Crown Coupe at Eyes on Design, an invitation-only design based show at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford estate in Grosse Pointe Shores, MI. To my supreme delight, I was just 1 car away from one of the 4 1963 Chrysler Turbine...

    Photos of My Collection

Thanks for the compliments guys! I felt like a post-mortem photographer when I was photographing the 505, the spring is broken so I had to prop the handle up with an Electrolux wand behind the bag. I'll fix that one of these days... Regarding the Electrolux, I knew it was an early one, but...
